There are several individual Toastmasters Clubs. All meet at different times and at different venues. There are a total of about 120 clubs in Southern Africa, which encompasses eight countries.
An Area consists of five or six clubs - headed by an Area Governor.
A Division consists of various Areas - headed by a Divisional Governor.
A District is made up of various Divisions - Southern Africa falls into one District and is headed by a District Governor.
A programme used by the clubs to measure performance of the club.
